Upholding the principle of client-centricity, we deliver tangible, measurable value with unwavering dedication.Project Support : Assist in leading consulting projects by supporting senior consultants and project managers in various tasks, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.Research & Analysis : Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Analyze data to support client engagements and internal initiatives.Client Engagement : Engage with clients to understand their challenges and objectives. Contribute to the development of tailored solutions that deliver value and meet client expectations.Project Execution : Participate in the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects. Ensure tasks are completed on time and contribute to high-quality outcomes.Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry developments and continuously enhance your knowledge and skills. Engage in internal and external training opportunities.Collaboration : Work collaboratively within the team and across the organization. Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and teamwork.Anforderungen

Education:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Master’s degree is a plus.Experience:Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or a related field.Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business challenges and support innovative solutions.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support senior consultants.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Basic understanding of strategic planning, business process optimization, and organizational change management.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications: Agile certification and/or experience is preferred.Industry Exposure: Experience or internship in industries such as automotive, manufacturing, or aerospace is advantageous.Percentage of required travel: up to 100%Physical requirements:This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.Unternehmensprofil
