We are located at the vibrant Parnassus campus in the heart of San Francisco, with easy access to world-class scientific, medical, cultural, and entertainment facilities.Job Requirements:Advanced research degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in neuroimaging, neuroinformatics, computer science, electrical engineering, physics, applied mathematics, biomedical engineering, or neuroscienceStrong expertise in one or more of:Graph theory, pattern recognition, and computational modelingStrong coding and software engineering skillsMRI image acquisition, reconstruction, and processingGenomics, informatics, and spatial transcriptomicsfMRI, EEG, and MEG data analysisNeuro-image analysisFamiliarity with ADNI, PPMI, HCP, ABCD, and other public neuroimaging databasesFamiliarity with neuroimaging tools like Freesurfer, AFNI, SPM, FSL, BrainStorm, EEGLabSignal, image, and vision processingExperience in software development and tools such as MatLab, PythonHow to Apply:This position is available immediately.
