We are a young, energetic, and diverse lab that welcomes new ideas. We are located at the vibrant Parnassus campus in the heart of San Francisco, with easy access to world-class scientific, medical, cultural, and entertainment facilities. Job Requirements: Advanced research degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in neuroimaging, neuroinformatics, computer science, electrical engineering, physics, applied mathematics, biomedical engineering, or neuroscience Strong expertise in one or more of: Graph theory, pattern recognition, and computational modeling Strong coding and software engineering skills MRI image acquisition, reconstruction, and processing Genomics, informatics, and spatial transcriptomics fMRI, EEG, and MEG data analysis Neuro-image analysis Familiarity with ADNI, PPMI, HCP, ABCD, and other public neuroimaging databases Familiarity with neuroimaging tools like Freesurfer, AFNI, SPM, FSL, BrainStorm, EEGLab Signal, image, and vision processing Experience in software development and tools such as MatLab, Python How to Apply: This position is available immediately.
