Director of Corporate Finance

Pugh Executive Search seeks a Director of Finance to lead the finance function for a rapidly growing client located in DFW. Reporting to the Corporate CFO, this tactical and strategically-minded individual will partner with executive and operational leadership to provide Division, Operational, and Corporate level Financial Planning and Analysis, Sales Forecasting, Budgeting, and prepare special reporting projects for leadership and the PE sponsors. Supported by a team of 2 - 3, the VP will also lead cost-cutting initiatives, create, and/or review comprehensive contract pricing models, and work closely with business development in M&A activities.To be considered for this exciting leadership role, we are targeting the following skills and experience:BBA in Accounting or Finance, MBA in Finance, CPA is a plus5+ years of experience working in an acquisitive, PE-backed Corporation (required)10+ years of progressive operational and corporate finance experienceCurrently sitting in a Senior Finance role for a company with $200M or greater in revenueExperience and enjoyment in mentoring and developing FP&A team, training the team on how to respond to leadership needs in a timely manner, developing financial models from scratch, and automating functions to enable quick, accurate analysisExperience "scaling" a company in high-growth, fast-paced environmentsAbove average communication skills, comfortable in creating and delivering executive presentationsVery high initiative and desire to collaborate with others
