Title: Regional Director of Operations (Physical Therapy)Location: Seattle, WAJob-Type: FTE/PermanentFlexible work from home days. 80% will be clinic visits, with opportunities to work from home when appropriate.Overview:
Under general direction of the Area Vice President, the Regional Director of Operations provides leadership and oversight to our outpatient orthopedic clinics and services. Participates in decisions regarding our business, strategic planning, and operational activities as a member of the executive team. Establishes and executes financial performance expectations while implementing operational processes and procedures. Works with leadership to plan, organize, staff, direct, coordinate, and control the activities of all designated clinics.Key Responsibilities:Reinforce a culture of excellence in care and superior customer service.Create team building and cohesiveness.Help recruit new talent and retain top performers.Work with employee development and coaching.Responsible for clinic and regional level operations, including quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and profitability.Monitor results and market conditions at the regional/local level.Plan and direct strategic actions to improve results at the clinic, regional, and enterprise level.Manage team performance.Measure and manage company targets/KPIs.Education & Experience:3+ years of prior experience managing multi-site locations.Clinical Degree Required in Physical or Occupational Therapy.BS or master’s degree in business or related field preferred.Clinical practice and director-level responsibilities as prior experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Meet educational and state requirements for Clinical Practice knowledge, skills, and licensing in Physical or Occupational Therapy.Uphold knowledge of and ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations for Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and other third-party payers.Sustain knowledge of HIPAA and other requirements.Maintain timely knowledge of mandatory billing and coding requirements, including knowledge of ICD-10.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent leadership skills.Ability to exercise mature judgment and initiative in analyzing problems and recommending/implementing solutions to provide cost-effective services.Travel Requirements:Up to 100% local travel.Skills and Certifications:DPT3+ years Multi-Site ExperienceJob Type:
