Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Regional Director of Operations - Physical Therapy in Seattle, WA, USUnder general direction of the Area Vice President, the Regional Director of Operations provides leadership and oversight to our outpatient orthopedic clinics and services. Participates in decisions regarding our business, strategic planning, and operation activities as a member of the executive team. With the broader management team, establish and executes financial performance expectations while implementing operational processes and procedures. Works with leadership to plan, organize, staff, direct, coordinate and control the activities of the all the designated clinics.Key Responsibilities:Reinforce culture of excellence in care and superior customer serviceCreate team building and cohesivenessHelp recruit new talent and retain top performersWork with employee development and coachingResponsible for clinic and regional level operations to include, but not limited to, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance and profitabilityMonitor results and market conditions at the regional/ local levelPlans and directs strategic actions to improve results at both the clinic, regional, and enterprise levelManage team performanceMeasure and manage company targets/ KPIsRequirementsEducation & Experience:3+ years of prior experience with management of multi-site locationsClinical Degree Required in Physical or Occupational TherapyBS or master degree in business or related field preferredClinical practice and director level responsibilities as prior experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Meet the educational and state requirements for Clinical Practice knowledge, skills and licensed in Physical or Occupational TherapyUpholds knowledge of and ensures compliance with state and federal laws and regulations for Medicare, Medicaid, managed care and other third-party payersSustains knowledge of HIPAA and other requirementsMaintains timely knowledge of mandatory billing and coding requirements to include knowledge of ICD-10Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent leadership skillsAbility to exercise mature judgement and initiative in analyzing problems and recommending/ implementing solutions to provide cost effective services
