Regional Director of Operations
to provide strategic oversight and operational leadership to outpatient orthopedic clinics in the Seattle Metro Area. The position requires a blend of fieldwork and remote management.
Overview
Under the general direction of the Area Vice President, this role will focus on leading the operational and strategic initiatives for designated clinics, ensuring adherence to performance expectations, and reinforcing a culture of clinical excellence and superior customer service. The Regional Director will be a crucial member of the executive team, engaging in decision-making, planning, and oversight of operations.
Key Responsibilities
Reinforce a culture of clinical excellence
and exceptional customer service across all designated clinics.
Build cohesive teams
by fostering collaboration and open communication.
Recruit and retain top talent , and drive employee development through coaching and mentorship.
Oversee regional and clinic-level operations , focusing on quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and overall profitability.
Monitor local market trends
and performance metrics to devise strategic actions for growth and improvement at the clinic, regional, and enterprise levels.
Manage team performance
by establishing and tracking financial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Implement operational processes
and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
Collaborate with the leadership team to
develop and execute strategic plans
for business growth and expansion.
Education & Experience
Clinical Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy
is required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business or a related field
is preferred.
A minimum of
3+ years of experience managing multi-site locations
in a healthcare setting is required.
Proven experience in clinical practice and director-level responsibilities is essential.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Valid state licensure
to practice Physical or Occupational Therapy.
Strong knowledge of and compliance with
state and federal laws and regulations
for Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and third-party payers.
Understanding of
HIPAA regulations
and requirements.
Up-to-date knowledge of
ICD-10
billing and coding requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
for effectively engaging with team members and stakeholders.
Demonstrated
leadership skills
to guide and inspire a multi-disciplinary team.
Ability to
analyze complex problems
and recommend cost-effective solutions to optimize clinic performance.
Travel Requirements
Up to
100% local travel
to clinics within the Seattle Metro Area.
Pay:
Up to $145,000.00 per year
