A prominent non-profit organization is seeking an Interim Senior Paylocity HRIS Consultant to lead the optimization of their Paylocity HRIS implementation. This role enhances key modules, including performance management, compensation, and recruiting. The ideal candidate will be a Paylocity expert with a strong background in HR processes, ready to drive efficiency and support organizational goals.
Worksite Location:
Minneapolis, MN – Hybrid or Remote. ONLY Minnesota/Twin Cities based candidates will be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and optimization of the Paylocity HRIS, focusing on performance management, compensation, and recruiting modules.
Analyze and identify complexities within current HR processes to ensure the HRIS system effectively supports and automates organizational needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Design, configure, and customize the Paylocity system to align with organizational goals and ensure optimal functionality.
Conduct user training sessions and create user documentation to facilitate the smooth adoption of the HRIS among team members.
Develop and maintain data integrity by auditing and troubleshooting data discrepancies within the system.
Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, providing support and guidance to HR staff and end-users.
Monitor system performance and usage, recommending enhancements and additional features based on user feedback and changing organizational needs.
Work closely with the HR team to streamline processes related to performance reviews, compensation analysis, and recruitment efforts.
Required Skills & Experience:
Expertise in Paylocity HRIS implementation and optimization, particularly in compensation, recruiting, and performance management modules.
Strong background in HR processes with a focus on automation and efficiency.
Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex concepts and drive project deliverables.
Flexible availability as needed for project demands, with an ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
