A dynamic, integrated design firm is seeking an HR Technology Consultant to help solve complex time and billing challenges as it continues to scale. This consultant will play a key role in advising the organization on best practices for timekeeping and help identify solutions that improve the employee experience and reduce manual processes.
Worksite Location:
Minneapolis, MN– Hybrid. Remote work is a possibility for the right candidate. Only Minnesota/Twin Cities based candidates will be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide expert consultation on timekeeping practices and improving the current processes.
Partner closely with HR, Finance, and Total Rewards teams to identify and implement scalable time recording and leave management solutions.
Analyze existing systems and recommend process improvements to reduce manual effort and enhance data accuracy.
Collaborate with HR and Finance stakeholders to streamline billing workflows and support ease of use for employees.
Advise on industry best practices for time tracking, billing codes, and project-based time reporting, ensuring alignment with business growth and employee needs.
Act as a thought leader and critical advisor, using your expertise in HR Technology and timekeeping solutions to drive impactful change.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in HR Technology, focusing on timekeeping and project-based billing in professional services or project-based organizations.
Familiarity with DelTek Vision ERP and ADP systems is highly preferred; experience with similar finance and HR systems will also be considered.
Demonstrated ability to think critically and provide advisory services to stakeholders across HR and Finance.
Proven track record of successfully implementing timekeeping solutions that reduce manual processes and enhance efficiency.
Flexibility and a consultative approach, with an ability to thrive in a creative, non-siloed environment that prioritizes guidelines over rigid policies.
