Job Summary We are a chain restaurant group based in New York, with over 11 locations across the US.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the organization's ongoing operations and procedures, ensuring operational excellence, and driving strategic initiatives. This leadership role requires a strong focus on business development, program management, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in operations management within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.

Lead senior leadership teams in strategic planning sessions to forecast growth and resource allocation.

Supervise project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.

Drive business development efforts to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.

Oversee program management activities, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in operations management.

Collaborate with other executives to develop policies that promote company culture and vision.

Experience

Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a COO or similar position.

Strong background in operations management with demonstrated success in managing complex projects.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on business development.

Proficiency in program management methodologies and project management tools.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Ability to read and write Mandarin is required.

A bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; an MBA is preferred.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
