Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, food industry, customer service, catering, and possess strong leadership skills to drive our team to success.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff management, customer service, and quality control.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall restaurant performance.
Manage inventory, budget, and financial planning.
Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Experience:
Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in dining establishments.
Proven track record in assistant manager roles or similar positions.
Strong background in kitchen management and food preparation.
Experience in shift management and ensuring smooth operations.
Familiarity with TOAST POS system is a plus.
Knowledge of banquet operations and catering is advantageous.
