Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.Oversee cash handling procedures, including daily reconciliations and reporting.Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost control measures.Train, develop, and mentor staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and adherence to company standards.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings that align with customer preferences.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth.Skills
Proven experience in food service management or hospitality management within a casual dining environment.Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for transaction processing and reporting.Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.Experience in training development and staff training to enhance team performance.Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and motivation.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and customers.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards.A background as a cook is advantageous for understanding kitchen operations.Job Type:
