Program Manager - Business Process - Help Desk

In our 20+ years, we have learned that the best way to service our customers is to understand their needs and to facilitate an open line of communication. 1 year contract position We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to support a consolidated health and human services eligibility and enrollment implementation project. The selected individual will project manage the Business Process for the development and implementation of a new Help Desk developed for health and human services eligibility and enrollment. The characteristics required for all resources on the project are the ability to work independently as well as in teams that include staff, other resources, and system integrator teams. This is a complex project and requires individuals who can work in high-performing, fast-paced environments to meet significant deadlines monitored by federal funding agencies. Minimum Requirements:

8 years experience - Project Management experience operating in the IT Field 2 years experience - Proven experience working on projects that deal with health and human services – District of Columbia preferred 5 years experience - Proven comprehensive knowledge of technical skills, principles, practices, and procedures of testing methodologies 3 years experience - Proven comprehensive working knowledge in operating a network infrastructure and data centers 6 years experience - Proven experience in providing technical support and implementing business processes for call center/helpdesk support 1 year experience - Experience managing business requirements and systems management for Curam 4 years experience - Experience using and designing analytics for improving business processes 4 years experience - Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written) across all levels of business hierarchy All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
