best product and customer knowledge
in the company. This allows you to make great product decisions.
Delivering the right products to our customers is the heart of what we do, and we need your help to keep the momentum going. Did we mention some of our clients include MongoDB, LucidChart, and other big names you probably know? You'll be shaping the future for them too.
This is a 6-month position, with the possibility of a permanent role if it’s a good fit. The role is customer-facing and comes with significant responsibilities from day one.
What You’ll Do:Identify product improvements using data from web analytics, customer feedback, and other sourcesCollaborate with engineers to ensure smooth functionalityBrainstorm and develop new product ideasPartner with Product Managers and stakeholders to help bring products to lifeConduct customer discovery and gather insightsDefine product requirements and help guide ideationTest products and features to ensure top-notch qualityPerform market analysis to stay ahead of trends
What You’ll Need:A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus!)Proficiency in Python and SQLExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong time management and multitasking abilitiesCreativity and a knack for thinking outside the boxA passion for data and making informed decisions based on analytics
