Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic leader who can optimize the business strategy, drive growth, measure performance, and ensure seamless operations within the ecosystem. This person will play a key role in developing the overall e-commerce strategy and is expected to drive brand and category growth through excellent execution.

This list is not exhaustive; additional tasks might be added based on department and/or business needs.Leads the organization's e-commerce vision and strategy.Responsible for managing the current business to include: Amazon.com (Seller Central) Marketplaces, Natural and Food, Drug, Mass stores, International and third-party seller accounts.Defines the omni-channel program strategy - prioritizes initiatives into a multi-year roadmap to deliver personalized experiences to delight the consumer across all platforms including management of D2C / NIC Webstore including sales plan / revenue achievement website management.Partners with stakeholders to define investments and resources needed to support key initiatives.Drives business decisions, recommends improvement opportunities, and develops strategies to execute improvements based on understanding of external trends, customer insights/research, and reporting analytics.Opens new accounts/new channels of business.Develops, analyzes, and communicates KPI’s to measure current initiatives and provide insight into future strategic investments.Develops and executes strategies to optimize sales, enhance product visibility, and improve customer experience.Works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to enhance forecasting accuracy.Negotiates contracts and pricing agreements with key customers.Establishes best practices to actively drive change, innovation, and importance of e-commerce within the overall sales and marketing mix.Enforces Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies across all channels.Works with internal and external resources as appropriate.Creates and manages departmental budget.Troubleshoots as issues arise with e-commerce platform shopping cart and company CRM.Owns revenue targets assigned to D2C company websites.
