As a Project Management (PM) Analyst, you will be at the heart of managing and driving key readiness assessment projects for the Department of Defense, ensuring that initiatives remain on track and deliver impactful results.This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, analyze critical readiness data, and contribute to decisions that shape national defense strategies. If you're a motivated project manager with a passion for making a difference, this high-visibility role is your chance to shine.Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management.Oversee and monitor strategic readiness assessment projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.Provide project management support for the Strategic Readiness Assessment (SRA), Semi-Annual Readiness Report to Congress (SRRC), and Cumulative Impacts to Strategic Readiness (CISR).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze readiness data from sources across the department like Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) and Advana.Track and report on key readiness shortfalls and mitigation efforts, ensuring senior leadership is aware of risks and solutions.Assist in the development and preparation of briefing materials and talking points for Congressional inquiries.Ensure readiness assessments align with legislative guidance and DoD readiness policy.Support Deputy’s Management Action Group (DMAG) meetings on readiness, including documentation and procedural improvements.Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting tasks as directed by senior leadership, ensuring flexibility in responding to emergent requirements.Work independently and as part of a team, delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field.Familiarity with DoD readiness programs and data systems (e.g., DRRS, Advana).Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience developing reports for senior leadership.Security Clearance: ability to acquire and maintain a Secret Clearance.What We Offer:
