BryceTech is seeking an experienced

Management Analyst

to join our team and support our Federal Government Customer. The Management Analyst will provide support to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), Professional Technical and Medical Staffing Support Services to provide logistics, management, analytic and procurement staffing support services to HHS-Coordination Operations and Response Element (H-CORE) Support Services.The Management Analyst will have experience working with Senior Leadership and Federal/Civilian Agencies and or Military Services. Contract Place of Performance is customer site in Washington D.C. The position will report to the Public Health Division Manager.Primary Responsibilities:Support national security processing by obtaining and coordinating the following documents: HHS 207, Position Description/Statement of Work, OF8, and the PDAT. The contractor will support suitability processing by obtaining the following documents: e828, OF306, resume when required, and any applicable e-QIP form. The contractor shall assist with obtaining any other documents for national security and/or suitability processing.Support the uploading of security clearance processing documents into Department national security clearance databases.Support security-related onboarding and training for staff.Support the processing of Visit Access Requests (VARs) and/or Interagency Clearance Verification Forms for personnel to attend classified meetings.Maintain personnel and organizational interactions to enhance stakeholder relations and actively promote rapport with customers.Monitor project schedules to ensure proper resources and risks are recognized and mitigated.Draft, review, staff, file, and update a variety of documents (e.g., memorandums, information papers, presentations, issue papers, meeting minutes, etc.).Deliver senior-level presentations and briefings.Facilitate the development of organizational and security and assurance personnel-specific onboarding and training materials and management, tracking, and training of security-related needs and training for new and existing staff.Coordinate (i.e., prepare the meeting announcement, agenda, and presentation materials), participate in (i.e., provide verbal comment/recommendation concerning technical and management matters), and follow-up (i.e., develop meeting minutes and after-action correspondence for Government review and approval) for all meetings.Track assigned cases/security packages from entry into the tracking system through completion of the onboarding process.Maintain tracking data for assigned cases/security packages in shared database.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:Prior Government Service experience with Federal, DoD and/or Civilian Agencies' Public Health markets.Required Skills:Associates degree in Criminal Justice or related field.Active Secret Clearance RequiredTwo (2) to five (5) years of experience in support of in-processing of personnel, including personnel security processing, as well as ongoing provision of support of personnel or federal agencies.Experience in tracking and processing security actions that support the onboarding and training of new federal and contractor personnel.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.Strong organizational and communication skills (e.g., time management, communication, setting goals, delegation, working under pressure, self-motivation, analytical thinking, and attention to detail).Working knowledge of remote/virtual meeting environments such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.Desirable:

Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field.Desirable:
