Starting Salary:
Bachelor's Degree: $32.31 per hour
Graduate Degree: $36.99 per hour
Benefits:
Includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and more
Introductory Period:
90-day introductory period with a $300 sign-on bonus upon completion
Responsibilities:
Support teachers and assistant teachers in their professional development, modeling effective teaching practices, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures.
Create and maintain a supportive, inclusive, and welcoming environment in classrooms every day.
Foster a sense of belonging and safety for staff, families, and children, promoting a positive community atmosphere.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field is required.
Leadership experience in early childhood education or a related field is required.
Strong commitment to the mission of early childhood education and promoting positive child outcomes.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
