As a Regional Vice President, you will lead our team of Regional Sales Leaders and Market Development Managers within a large regional territory. You will drive revenue and margin growth of the CAMO, STINGER and PRO-FIT brands in Lumber Building Materials (LBM) yards, Roofing Wholesalers, and Specialty Tools and Fasteners Distributors Association (STAFDA) locations across the Western United States through strategic leadership of your sales team. This region includes the states of WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, UT, CO, NV, CA, AZ, NM, TX, AK, and HI.As a leader, you will be growth-minded, developing a deep knowledge of your team, their customers, competitors, and our products. You will cast a clear vision for your team and work with them to create strategies to achieve it.This is not an assignment for a first timer. We are seeking a seasoned executive leader who will challenge our leadership team, our sales team and our customers.Key Responsibilities:

Lead your Regional Sales Leaders to effectively hire, onboard, develop, and lead a strong team of salespeople that deliver sales growth.Be a role model for the team by driving sales growth through strong customer knowledge and relationships, in-depth product and competitor knowledge, and selling skills.Partner with the Vice President of Sales and Vice Presidents of Brands to create clear visions for your team and the strategies to achieve them.Deliver on promises to your team and their customers.Inspire senior leaders at dealers, distributors and contractors to do business with us.Build strong partnerships with the Product Management, Marketing, and Inside Sales teams to collaboratively meet customer needs and increase market share.Cultivate the company’s culture and expectations in their team.Demonstrate a passion for our brands – It will be impossible to achieve this assignment without “getting” the endearing value of our brands.In partnership with the VP of Sales, build out multi-year sales budget and go to-market strategy.Ensure their team has the tools and support needed and hold them accountable to strong performance.Required skills:

Proven success leading and developing teams of leaders and individual contributors.Capable of setting a vision and creating strategies that achieve it.A love of challenges and the ability to thrive on them.Strong business acumen and negotiating skills.Ability to solve complex problems.Proven track record of converting customers from competitor brands.Ability to effectively manage time for self and team.Strong relationship building skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong understanding of the business, products, systems, and people.Success criteria:

Overall sales growth across the Western United States.Sales growth from existing customers AND new customers.Strong performing team within National Nail culture expectations.Qualifications:

10-20 years of experience in the building materials industry required.Proven experience as an executive leader of a sales team.Be an outstanding person and teammate, elevating those around you.Align with our purpose, 8 character traits, and cornerstones.Ability to travel 60-70%.About us
