Responsibilities:

Lead others towards executing our visions and goals

Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant

Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

Develop and oversee systems that impact food quality, food safety, customer experience, and other areas of the business

Develop current and future leaders

Facilitate weekly meetings around business performance

Conduct interviews

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (recommended)

Availability for 8 to 10-hour shifts, weekends, and on-call duties

2 years of leadership experience required
