Kellanova is seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Director to lead our manufacturing facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. As the Plant Director, you will be responsible for manufacturing strategy and operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in manufacturing leadership, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.A Taste of What You’ll Be DoingBudget Planning & Financial Performance:
Plan annual and project-specific budgets, ensuring alignment with business strategic initiatives. Manage overall financial performance by reviewing and analyzing financial statements and data to monitor financial goals.Cost Containment Strategies:
Develop and implement effective cost containment and reduction strategies that result in demonstrated savings.Strategic Decision Making:
Make strategic decisions considering immediate and long-term implications, benefits, costs, and risks. Identify and implement new ideas, technologies, or processes to enhance organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings.Performance Monitoring & Goal Setting:
Monitor the execution of business plans to ensure successful completion of action plans. Set and communicate performance expectations and goals and explain how these contribute to the overall strategy.Employee Engagement & Diversity Initiatives:
Encourage and solicit employee feedback and suggestions. Promote and support workplace diversity and inclusion initiatives.
