General Manager

We are in search of an experienced General Manager to run daily store operations at our Valparaiso location. This includes hiring and scheduling hourly staff, ordering, leading/coaching staff, promoting a positive culture, assisting staff during peak hours, and managing monthly inventory. The GM must be able to perform all duties within the restaurant, including the kitchen line. Our company has a CFO, so our GM is not responsible for completing monthly financials. Burgerhaus Valparaiso is open from 11am-9pm weekdays and 11am-10pm on weekends.We are looking for an individual that has prior general management and kitchen experience. This individual must be a dedicated and quick learner, honest, hardworking, teachable, willing to lead by example, and have a positive attitude.This GM must be available to work all weekends. One week of paid vacation after the first 6 months of employment. Knowledge of the kitchen and the ability to help on the line when necessary is extremely important.Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearShift:10 hour shiftWork Location: In person
