Duties:Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activitiesManage and coordinate staff, ensuring efficient and effective service deliveryDevelop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase salesMonitor inventory levels and order supplies as neededEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely mannerCollaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menu offeringsTrain new employees on company policies, procedures, and standardsConduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff membersRequirements:Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industryStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of bartending, kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and food productionFamiliarity with shift management and scheduling softwareProven ability to manage inventory and control costsUnderstanding of kitchen management principles, including food safety and sanitation regulationsExperience in restaurant management, including coffee shop operations, is a plusProficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systemsPlease note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or requirements.
