The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller and visual designer with experience across diverse media and interactive content. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify employee stories, inspiring and engaging our global workforce. Strong digital content development skills, excellent communication, and a sharp eye for usability and effective graphical solutions are essential.Key Job Responsibilities

Design compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials, including educational content, websites, email campaigns, town halls, and marketing collateral.Deliver brand guidelines and digital media assets, including photos, graphics, and filmed/animated videos.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and colleagues.Develop and improve processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.Scout and develop new story ideas into products that engage our customers.Own the creative process from pitch to launch, including scriptwriting, casting, budgeting, editing, music, and final cut.Continuously innovate and produce visually stunning content that captivates and raises storytelling standards.Stay up-to-date with design and video trends, consistently improving content quality and impact.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Have an available online portfolioBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field6+ years of video production and visual design experienceExperience using design tools (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)Experience in print and digital production designPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
