Your journey starts here!Position SummaryThe Senior Site Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in identifying, selecting, and executing the best locations for IONNA charging sites across North America to achieve business objectives. The selected candidate will identify locations for lease or purchase and negotiate appropriate contracts to support this initiative.ResponsibilitiesDevelop relationships with and run the portfolio pipeline with large scale partners.Focus on existing relationships and garnering new relationships with institutional partners.Perform the necessary due diligence and analysis for feasibility to maximize suitable development efforts.Negotiate long-term lease or purchase terms with third parties.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure critical timelines are communicated and achieved.Perform real estate market research to ensure successful network buildout.Coordinate policy and incentive efforts to maximize opportunities.Implement IONNA’s site acquisitions strategy to support the Operations and Product teams.Lead the pre-development, evaluation, and prioritization of potential land acquisition opportunities with a view to maximizing long-term value creation.Work cross-functionally throughout the organization to align with all stakeholders for the execution of these projects.Skills and ExperienceA minimum of 5 years of site acquisition experience for retail and/or charging locations.Bachelor’s degree in applicable area of study including Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics.Demonstrated experience negotiating and executing real estate contracts.Proficiency with real estate principles, markets, and concepts.Experience working with planning and zoning procedures.Exceptional communication and project management skills to effectively advance projects.Must have electric vehicle charging experience with the ability to perform at a high capacity and run partnerships nationwide with a detailed understanding of the current public fast charging landscape.This is a hybrid role.
