Your journey starts here.SVP of Site OperationsRole Description:The SVP of Site Operations is responsible for strategy and operations of IONNA’s charging stations and the accompanying retail amenities. The mission of this leader is to get drivers to charge and maintain sites operational. They will build an organization that will be responsible to implement processes and controls to achieve customer satisfaction, MTTR, and Op-ex KPI’s that will result in industry-leading uptime, plug-in success rate, and charge success rate. The SVP of Site Operations will be part of the IONNA Leadership Team driving organizational strategy.Role Attributes:Lead, manage, and coach call center, tech support, NOC, and field service teams for charging infrastructure and related amenities.Define and manage operational plans and outcomes with Product, Deployment, and Technology teams.Ensure charging station operations achieves speed and reliability objectives based upon internal metrics, standards, and processes.Hire, develop, retain, coach, and mentor a world-class team; creating a proactive environment and culture focused to meet the organizational objectives.Oversee systems and vendors for proactive and reactive maintenance of charging infrastructure.Ability to hold vendors accountable to execute contracts and ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.Accountable for managing site operations budget approving vendor requests for costs.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement that drives team engagement, ownership, and operational excellence.Obsessed about customer experience, track KPI’s to operate and maintain entire portfolio of charging sites.Manage SLA’s internally and externally around response times and scopes of work.Continuously improve processes to drive efficiencies.Other duties as needed.Minimum Qualifications:A minimum of 10 years of experience in DC Fast Charging (DCFC) technology, operations, and strategy, 5 years of which should have been in a management capacity leading charging network operations.Proven track record in strategic planning of DCFC site operations.In-depth understanding of DCFC charger technology and infrastructure.Experience with retail amenities in charging locations is highly desirable.A minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor selection/management.Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with vendors, partners, and important stakeholders.Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.Startup and scale-up experiences preferred.Excellent leadership and coaching skills.Demonstrable experience in managing process flows and running analytics.Are you authorized to work in the United States?Will you now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B status)?How many years of management experience do you have in a similar or related field?How would you describe your experience with DC Fast Charging (DCFC) technology and infrastructure?To what extent have you been involved in building call centers, Network Operations Centers (NOCs), and field service teams from the ground up?To what extent have you managed KPIs dealing with uptime, plug-in success rate, and charge success rate?How would you describe your experience in creating and managing operational budgets?To what extent have you managed call centers, NOC (Network Operations Center), and field service teams?In your experience with DCFC operations, which of the following strategic decisions has occupied the majority of your time?How many years of experience do you have managing international or remote support teams?To what extent have you managed vendors in your previous roles?How proficient are you in managing process flows and running analytics within call centers, NOCs, and field service teams?How would you describe your experience with managing retail amenities associated with charging stations or similar environments?To what extent are you willing to be on call after hours and on weekends for this role?What percentage of travel are you willing to undertake for this role?
