Your Opportunity to Drive Change
As our Senior Contracts Manager, you'll play a crucial role in IONNA's mission to deploy 30,000+ high-powered charging stations, revolutionizing the way people drive and contributing to a greener future. You'll work directly with our General Counsel and key business stakeholders, negotiating and managing contracts that are vital to our rapid growth and success.
What You'll Do
Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts, from construction and engineering to real estate acquisitions and vendor agreements.
Build and scale our contracts management infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive our ambitious expansion plans.
Contribute your legal expertise to critical projects that are reshaping the automotive industry.
What We're Looking For
A proactive problem-solver with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Experience in negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts, as well as experience drafting, negotiating, and managing master services agreements for a variety of vendors and contracting partners.
Experience negotiating and managing the company’s NDAs and the company’s contract execution process.
Passion for sustainable energy and the drive to make a positive impact on the world.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.
