Your journey starts here!Role DescriptionIONNA is seeking an experienced National Facility Operations Mgr within the Site Operations group to lead the operations & maintenance of our facilities. You will work directly with the site operations team, hardware OEM's, maintenance vendors, and contractors to resolve EV charging site issues in the field and return site to active service in the shortest possible time. This role reports to our Sr. Director of Site Operations. Positive attitude, flexibility and a strong work ethic are critical to thriving in this position.Role Attributes Manage nation-wide IONNA facilities to achieve the desired CSAT/MTTR/Quality goals. Inspect sites routinely to guarantee that building services are at the highest level of quality standards. Develop and review preventive maintenance programs. Coordinate the operational aspects of the properties in a manner which protects, maintains and improves the driver experience at sites. Manage third-party suppliers engaged in operating and maintaining properties. Maintain sites using service level agreements and key performance indicators, ensuring all site safety and quality procedures are followed. Lead in location operational incident investigation utilizing structured problem solving (RCA) to identify root cause of failures and corrective actions. Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness, and creativity in finding solutions for site issues. Identify opportunities to improve quality, customer service, cost performance, and execute approved plans. Work with supply chain and procurement to identify cost savings opportunities and support their contracting efforts. Address and rectify customer escalations as well as conduct postmortems to drive process improvements and correct failures. Develop the necessary processes to enable the company's ability to scale and meet the ever-increasing needs of our customers and partners. Role Expectations Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management with management/technical emphasis. 4+ years experience in Facilities Management role in either fuel station, convenience store or an equivalent industry with multiple sites Experience managing facilities contracts and supplier/ contractor management. Quality Assurance knowledge and experience desirable. Acts decisively to solve complex problems by collecting data, making sound inferences, prioritizing key factors, and operating autonomously, while also considering other perspectives. A strong communicator capable of interacting professionally with colleagues, partners and customers in high pressure, time sensitive, environments. Delivers high quality results on time through effective planning, organization, and prioritization. High level of IT literacy including familiarity with technology solutions and tools for operations optimization. Proven financial acumen, including accruals, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
