Senior Marketing Manager

Pay Range: $87,000.00 to $100,000.00 Annually
Hybrid Schedule: 60% On-Site and 40% Remote | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Labor Day Holiday and Some Weekend Events

Job Purpose or Objective(s):
The Senior Marketing Manager oversees the development of high-level strategies and campaigns for assigned CNO Divisions. You will assist the Marketing team in developing marketing plans for services or facilities that fall within their assigned Divisions. You will be the subject-matter expert for an assigned market or area(s). You will report to the Marketing Director.
Primary Tasks:
Deliver the strategic development of marketing plans for brand campaigns at a divisional and departmental level. Guide both internal advertising and marketing teams and external agencies in implementing strategies across all media channels.
Oversee the evaluation of marketing campaign and promotion performance by analyzing data and reports to implement changes for the most successful execution of communication strategies to increase brand awareness and reach.
Become market expert for assigned divisions, businesses, programs, or facilities to best understand specific marketing needs and make recommendations on short and long-term strategies by identifying new trends and issues.
Lead strategic marketing, communication, forecasting, and financial meetings. Make recommendations on area-related marketing issues to both the operations/client and the Marketing Managers using data-driven analysis and reports.
Work with operational teams to understand marketing and communication needs, assisting the Marketing Managers in providing appropriate tools, materials, and support.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring use of naming conventions, brand architecture, and messaging strategies.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or four (4) years of relevant experience.
Four (4) years of marketing experience on in-house or agency teams.
Knowledge of traditional and latest marketing channels.
Experience forecasting and identifying trends and challenges.
Knowledge of brand strategy and management.
Two (2) years of management experience.
