Job Description

Seeking an Alliances Marketing Manager with strong strategic thinking, excellent relationship capabilities, project management, budget management and organizational skills. Partner relations is a must along with strong marketing experiences, preferably both at global & local levels.

As the Alliances Marketing Senior Manager, you will be responsible for defining marketing strategies with partners, seeking incremental funding, ensuring approval of marketing plans, funding and claiming along with project management.

As a member of the Lenovo IDG Marketing team, your responsibilities will include budget management, activity submission and approval. You will work with the Global IDG Marketing team on identifying key marketing strategies, activities and execution. You will be a subject matter expert for partner-funded activities, activity costs, execution and measurement of KPIs, and Lenovo & Partner GTM strategy.

Responsibilities

Contribute to build yearly marketing plan based on business objectives & marketing strategy: audience definition, consumer insight, KUSPs

Run quarterly marketing reviews with partners to assess campaign & assets performance & develop recommendations to amend yearly plan

Contribute to new thinking and creative ways to establish our leadership position in the marketplace

Collaborate with cross functional marketing groups (Product marketing, PR, events, creative, GTM, etc.) to develop partner funding marketing plans

Support all aspects of the MDF Management Program & Process including budget and accruals administration, claims, and fund reimbursement.

Subject matter expert for partner-funded activities

Project Management for all Global IDG Marketing segments

Nurture communication and relations between alliance partnerships

Basic Qualifications:

8+ years of Integrated marketing planning and execution

Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications/business or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Project management certification

Strong understanding of marketing, finance, and budget management

Excellent writing and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Self-driven with strong time management skills

Excellent MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and analytical skills

Passionate about the technology industry

Goal oriented, organized, self-motivated, creative, have a strong attention to detail, and have the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $160,000 - $220,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
