As a key player in our Lenovo NA Consumer Retail Marketing team, you’ll be a strategic architect behind driving consumer awareness and boosting conversions while raising Lenovo’s brand awareness for cutting-edge consumer products and solutions. In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and analysis of Lenovo’s marketing programs across retail channels throughout North America. With a primary focus on PCs, you’ll be instrumental in amplifying our presence across Lenovo’s tech hardware and service solutions. This isn’t just a “manage and maintain” position—it's a “create and elevate” role, calling for a mix of creative thinking, strategic rigor, and hands-on collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Consumer Impact: Develop and execute high-impact retail marketing campaigns that expand Lenovo’s brand footprint and increase engagement with retail customers both online and offline.
End-to-End Strategy & Implementation: From ideation to execution, own the holistic strategy for marketing Lenovo’s products across North America Retail channels. You’ll orchestrate each program and continuously optimize based on performance insights.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, retailers, and vendors to ensure seamless and impactful brand representation. This role is the “glue” that unites marketing, product, sales, and external partners.
Prioritize Conversion & Performance: Balance brand-building with a results-driven mindset to convert consumer interest into action, ensuring each campaign aligns with our broader business goals.
Strategic Budgeting & Opportunity Identification: Manage and optimize budgets to identify opportunities that enhance campaign performance and increase ROI. Execute partner funding programs to boost market share for priority products while aligning with Lenovo’s brand goals, ultimately justifying future opportunities . Use data insights to allocate resources effectively and maximize impact, staying attuned to emerging trends and growth channels."

Collaboration: Negotiate and collaborate with internal Lenovo stakeholders, industry partners, retailer marketing teams and third-party marketing agencies to execute effective end-to-end marketing programs.
Marketing Lead: Serve as the primary marketing lead contact internal cross functional Lenovo stakeholders, industry partners, applicable Retail Accounts, and tech hardware/software partners. Focus on maximizing business growth through strategic budgeting, branding, and advertising.
Project Management: Effectively manage multiple programs, prioritizing work scopes, budgets, and timelines.
Budget Management: Proven experience in developing and executing budget strategies that maximize marketing ROI, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various campaigns and initiatives.
Market Analysis: Stay informed on PC and marketing industry trends and consumer buying behaviors to inform marketing strategies.
Lenovo Strategy: Work with media agencies and internal Lenovo teams (brand, eCommerce, PR) to support overall brand and account goals through media campaigns.
Content Management: Align with NA consumer content teams and Lenovo WW to optimize the use of product and branded content at retail accounts.
Media Campaigns: Plan, execute, and report on various media campaigns (on-site, off-site, social, SEO, sponsored search) to enhance market share, profitability, and brand awareness.
Point of Sale Programs: Develop and oversee programs supporting consumer experience with Lenovo in-store. This includes product demos, branded physical and digital displays and experiential marketing.
Product Launches: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and execute the optimal mix of marketing programs for successful product launches on flagship products.
Performance Measurement: Set benchmarks and KPIs for programs, analyze results, and present outcomes with recommendations to Lenovo leadership.
Presentations: Prepare and present marketing initiatives and results to Lenovo leadership, industry partners, and retailers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Retail or a related field preferred.
5 years of full-time, relevant work experience.
Entrepreneurial growth mindset with a readiness to learn from teammates and the confidence to propose improvements.
Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects end-to-end.
Strong analytical and presentation skills to assess and provide program read outs identifying key learnings, including wins and areas of improvement.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse partners.
