Will manage, mentor and elevate other talented marketers, and collaborate with a range of professionals across the entire pursuit lifecycle - discovery, win planning, proposals, interviews, and debriefings.What You'll Do:Responsible for leading the proposal activities and marketing efforts for a division’s super mega or complex mega projects.May oversee a group of pursuits led by other marketing staff as well as have a primary leadership focus on a specific, high-level, strategic client or initiative.Leads, participates or facilitates strategy sessions, war rooms and workshops to develop pursuit strategy that is targeted to client needs.Collaborates with pursuit champions and marketing lead to organize and determine objectives of strategy sessions, war rooms and workshops.Serves as a divisional advocate to pursuits and partners with the local office to support the discovery process.Partners with division leadership and local office to develop and implement differentiators, value propositions, key messages, project approaches, and successful procedures.Performs other duties as assigned.What You'll Need:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field and 10 years relevant experience, orIn lieu of degree, 14 years of relevant experience.What You'll Bring:A successful background in AEC marketing - from pre-proposal through post-interview.Strategic mindset.Ability to challenge others while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.Ability to build trust and influence others.What We Prefer:Candidates who demonstrate self-awareness and flexibility.Focus on solutions.Experience mentoring marketers.Additional InformationVisa sponsorship is not available for this position.The approximate pay range for the Greater Seattle, WA Metro Area is $164,735.44 - $263,148.83.The approximate pay range for the Olympia, WA Metro Area is $143,248.21 - $228,825.07.The approximate pay range for Colorado is $157,573.03 - $251,707.58.The anticipated last day to apply is 11/24/2024.About UsAt HNTB, we are harnessing the power of collaboration and innovation to establish a new vision for the future of mobility across our country.
