With our historic growth, it is an exciting time to join our team of employee-owners.This opportunity entails being responsible for providing corporate leadership to and developing and driving the firm-wide strategy for pursuits:With estimated fees greater than $25M, orThat have strategic importance to HNTB’s overall growth objective.This position partners with leadership throughout the firm to drive execution of the firm-wide pursuit strategy and to leverage resources to ensure success.What You’ll Do:Serving as a corporate advocate to the pursuit, the Champion partners with the pursuit team and division and office leadership to support the value discovery process, developing and delivering resources to execute a relationship strategy that will discover client needs.With a focus on leveraging the best resources available across HNTB, this position provides input to business leadership on recommended pursuit team members. The Champion leverages relationships in order to secure members of the team from across the firm.Partnering with the business, the Champion leads strategy sessions and develops a corporate-wide pursuit strategy that is targeted to client needs, demonstrating HNTB’s understanding of those needs and differentiating HNTB’s ability to deliver value to the client relative to competitors.The Pursuit Champion uses a deep institutional knowledge of HNTB, leadership and influence to leverage resources across the firm to support all stages of the pursuit and differentiate HNTB to the client.This position serves as a corporate resource and pursuit advocate during all stages of the pursuit, updating the CSO on pursuit status, budget and expenditures.Providing corporate leadership to proposal development and delivery, the Pursuit Champion ensures the greatest possibility of success.This position is responsible for providing leadership to a pursuit debrief and after action, identifying success and opportunity areas in the process, working with NSO to incorporate any recommended changes to HNTB’s pursuit practices going forward.What You’ll Need:Bachelor’s degree required and minimum of 20 years of related experience.What You’ll Bring:Experience and track record of leading and winning large and complex professional engineering, architecture, planning, management and construction services in the transportation infrastructure markets.Strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and commitment.What We Prefer:Possesses deep institutional knowledge of HNTB operations, resources and capabilities.Highly experienced, creative leader with demonstrated record of success with A&E pursuits.Ability to travel to HNTB offices responsible for the client and project delivery.Additional Information:Click here for benefits information: HNTB Total RewardsClick here to learn more about EOE including disability and vet.Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.Locations:
