DescriptionA family in Marin is seeking an educational, engaged ROTA nanny to care for their two children (4 years old and a baby due this year). Their ideal candidate is well-versed in child development and cultivates a love of learning by fostering the children’s interests and plans activities accordingly. Responsibilities include engaging in play and planning classes, play dates and outings; organizing and tidying children’s rooms, play areas and common areas; preparing bottles and healthy snacks and meals, children’s laundry, and running errands related to the children.

It’s important to find someone who enjoys traveling with families as they travel internationally 3-5 weeks in the summer usually, as well as domestically throughout the year (typically for a weekend / up to a week).

The best person for them respects professional boundaries and understands the etiquette of being present and when to gracefully step away. Ultimately they are seeking someone kind and loving but firm, with a “no task too small” mentality. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for longevity with a great family.
