$45 to $50 /hourJob Summary:Executive Assistant to VP and CCOJoin our dynamic team as an Executive Assistant, where you'll have the opportunity to support our Vice President (VP) and Chief Customer Officer (CCO). In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, from managing complex schedules and preparing important documents to assisting with expense reports and supporting the setup of new hires. You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive offices, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our leadership.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative support to the VP and assist the CCO’s executive assistant with expense reports.Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, plan meetings, and handle correspondence including emails, presentations, and reports.Make travel arrangements, support with obtaining necessary travel documents, and maintain leadership expense/credit card reconciliation.Optimize leadership’s usage of time and make decisions regarding short-term priorities and work activities.Identify organizational issues and assist in initiating or facilitating solutions, including supporting internal departments and new hires with processes and tools.Must-have Skills:Proven experience supporting at VP/SVP level.Strong multitasking abilities and a team player attitude.Proficient in Zoom, Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other collaboration tools like Box, Concur, and Google Docs.Industry Experience Required:Experience supporting large organizations (400+ employees) preferred.Proficiency in handling confidential materials and demonstrating a professional demeanor.This role requires the willingness to be on-site two days a week and potentially travel to our Santa Clara and Pleasanton offices for VP support.
