TikTok's global headquarters are in Los Angeles and Singapore, and its offices include New York, London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo.The Global Product Marketing Team for Creative & Creators drives go-to-market efforts for key products and features across TikTok One Creative Suite and TikTok Symphony. TikTok One serves as the central hub for all creative solutions on TikTok, enabling advertisers to commission authentic ad creatives or branded content from creators, collaborate with vetted partners and production agencies, and leverage insights that enhance creativity and sharpen the skills needed for high-impact ad campaigns.As the Global Product Marketing Manager for Creative, you will lead the strategic development, testing, launch, and ongoing marketing and education for Creative products, features, and programs. This role is highly cross-functional, collaborating with teams across product, regional product marketing, product operations, sales, business marketing, policy, and legal.Key Responsibilities:Lead product testing and outbound go-to-market efforts for priority Creative products and features.Partner with data science, user research, business intelligence, and product managers on inbound product marketing efforts.Set and own measurable goals for product adoption.Act as the voice of the customer to influence cross-functional strategies.Proactively document and communicate product and policy updates with stakeholders across TikTok.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of product marketing or go-to-market experience.Deep understanding of the creator economy, digital advertising, or AI-generated content.Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills.Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills for decision-making.A proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented team player.Preferred Qualifications:Experience launching creative or creator monetization tools and/or solutions.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
