RBI owns four of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands – TIM HORTONS, BURGER KING, POPEYES, and FIREHOUSE SUBS.Duties and Responsibilities:Accountable for the successful execution of all campus recruitment initiatives for RBI US, ensuring the successful execution of recruitment timelines for our Leadership Development Programs (LDP intern, LDP Full-Time,) and MBA Programs (MBA intern/MBA Full-Time), and OLDP (Operations Leadership Development Program) as well as Marketing Tracks.Leads the full-cycle campus recruitment process for all programs including but not limited to sourcing, posting, applicant screening, conducting values & cultural fit interviews, interviewer training, talent calibrations, offer creation and offer management, candidate dispositions, candidate reimbursement, and tracking & reporting offer acceptances and offer declines.Accountable for growing strategic partnerships with career centers and student clubs, leveraging these partnerships to generate program awareness, proactive sourcing and leveraging these networks for promotion of our campus events and new grad programs.Responsible for defining RBI US’s campus calendar of events and leading the planning, organization and execution of on-campus, on-site and sponsored branding and attraction initiatives.Coordinates with regional partners to ensure global alignment on campus recruiting efforts.Manages the Campus Program calendar, including Onboarding, Skills Week, Time in Restaurant Learning & Development & social events; coordinating with cross-functional teams as necessary.Serves as a main point of contact for Campus Program hires in the US region, offering support & coaching as needed throughout the two-three year program.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.2 to 5 years previous experience; specific experience and/or professional certification in recruitment, talent management, or HR preferred.Preferred experience using Greenhouse, Workday, or other Applicant Tracking Systems.Exceptional ability to analyze problems, identify alternative strategic solutions, quantify consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of larger recruitment objectives in real time.Notable interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and to manage many internal stakeholders.Experience facilitating sessions virtually and in-person.High sense of urgency, ownership & accountability and attention to detail in driving the success of various campus programs.Solid business acumen, including knowledge of budget management, vendor management, and contract management where required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); advanced knowledge of Excel or other similar analytical tools a plus.Ability to juggle and schedule various interviews with senior leaders; able to work evening hours for recruitment and programming events.Restaurant Brands International and all of its affiliated companies (collectively, RBI) are equal opportunity and affirmative action employers that do not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state, provincial or federal laws, rules, or regulations.
