We have an immediate opening in our Employment Group for an associate with two to five years of experience. The role may be based in our Los Angeles, Orange County, Sacramento or San Francisco offices.Responsibilities
Defending employers in complex class, collective and representative actions, as well as single-plaintiff wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment and retaliation lawsuits.Advising employers on varied employment issues.Conducting workplace investigations and trainings.Qualifications
Must be admitted in California.Excellent academic credentials.Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.Employment counseling and/or litigation experience preferred.We offer a collegial, collaborative, hybrid work environment and hands-on mentoring, as well as excellent advancement opportunities for associates and an achievable path to partnership.The salary range for the position of 2–5-year associate at Nossaman is $175,000 to $210,000 annually.
