We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a
contract position from January 2025 through June 2025, providing maternity coverage . The position requires managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and supporting recruitment initiatives. This role is based in Boca Raton, FL, and operates Monday through Friday, in-person.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Assist in the development and posting of job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
Support the team in sourcing and screening candidates.
Facilitate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Support the Talent Acquisition team in developing and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other external partners.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and practices.
Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing reports and handling ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Proactive and eager to take on new challenges.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
