Responsibilities

Your Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, developing job descriptions, and utilizing various channels to find the right candidates. Building strong relationships with applicants and promoting our employer brand will be essential to your success. Your efforts will help create a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Source candidates through online platforms and professional networks.

• Implement recruitment strategies to find, interview, and recommend top candidates.

• Attend and represent our company at job fairs and recruitment events.

• Screen candidates, review resumes, and conduct virtual interviews.

• Plan and manage the interview process, including assessments and in-person interviews.

• Lead onboarding for new hires and ensure a smooth transition.

• Build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate talent acquisition/full-cycle recruitment.

• Proficiency in ADP and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Skilled in sourcing through job boards and social media.

• Clear understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
