We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in West Orange, NJ. Job Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top talent for a wide variety of positions across different industries. This is a full-time, in-person role that offers a competitive salary, commission, and excellent benefits. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various roles. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and reference checks. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition strategies. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques such as networking, social media, and referrals. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and are a good fit for the company culture. Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment. Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within an HR advisory or staffing firm. Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple industries. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. What We Offer:

$50,000 - $60,000 + Commission (depending on experience)
