Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to provide overall administrative support and process coordination with our hiring managers and candidates. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Partners, Sourcers and Human Resources department to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Partner closely with team of Talent Acquisition Partners, Sourcers and hiring managers, to support hiring initiatives Assist Talent Acquisition Partners and Sourcers with scheduling interviews, confirming interviews, and conducting candidate assessments. Keep candidates continually informed with quality communication throughout the hiring process to maintain a high-caliber candidate experience Responsible for event coordination such as internal recruiting events (open houses, mixers) and external events such as career fairs, college career events, and conferences Communicate updates with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, Sourcers and candidates each step of the way Responsible for job postings via our ATS, social media platforms, and coordinate internal and external campaigns to advertise current openings Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a support and/or administrative capacity (preferably in an internal recruiting department or recruiting agency supporting a team) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well on a team Previous exposure to interaction with high level executives and candidates and an ability to stay composed and professional in high pressure situations Must represent GoodLeap and our employer brand with a high level of professionalism as this role is an integral piece of our growth and reputation Willingness to travel to our other office locations within the Sacramento region, Irvine, CA, Scottsdale, AZ and Bentonville, AR A service-oriented attitude, always willing to support our department and those outside our department High level of organizational skills, the capacity to multitask, and ability change gears at any moment (cannot become flustered by changes -adaptability is key!)
