About this roleExciting, multi-disciplinary firm is seeking a Project Architect to manage and execute projects. You will develop creative and strategic workplace, hospitality, and tech designs while working as a project leader and interfacing with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead construction documentation in Revit/AutoCAD with little oversight.
Lead projects and design presentations.
Work closely with lead designer and design team to manage all project phases and keep design intent intact.
Review shop drawings and submittals.
Ensure project conforms to contractual agreement between firm and client.
Prepare project schedule, design fees, project budgets, reimbursable costs, etc.
Skills and Experience:
7+ years technical and supervisory experience in the Commercial Interiors field.
Architectural License in California.
Experience working on projects in Southern California.
Excellent experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Suite.
Strong in preparation and maintenance of all revisions of architectural documents.
Experience coordinating production team in preparation of construction documents.
Knowledge of relevant building codes.
