Position SummaryThis engineer delivers on development commitments from start to finish for all aspects of the Data Products and Engineering organization within Information Technology Group (ITG). This position is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying our data solutions across the Enterprise.Major Responsibilities:Act as technical developer within DS and project Integrations, including requirements gathering, design, development, and testing.Create high-level and detailed design specifications.Produce high quality, modular, reusable code.Write code and assist in development of new products/features.Design and execute DevOps strategies and processes.Work collaboratively with infrastructure team.Create and execute test cases (both automated and manual).Participate in various code review activities.Research and become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the interaction of the Service with source systems.Education & Experience:Bachelor Degree Required.7+ Years Relevant Work Experience Required.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:7+ years of experience in schema design for relational databases.Mastery of SQL required.Experience with deployment and architecture in cloud environments.ETL experience required.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.If you find this opportunity compelling, we encourage you to apply for our Consulting Data Science Engineer opening.
