JOB SUMMARYThe Application Portfolio Management (APM) Solutions Leader is a subject matter expert on the APM Process and the tools used to execute the process. The role works with Capability Owners, APM teams, Service Management Organization, architecture, security, and other IT teams to ensure each designated application portfolio is identified, reviewed, documented, and rationalized. This role requires strong communication skills and a high level of situational confidence.Duties Include:Documenting past, present, and future applications deployed or planned.Assist Capability Owners in understanding and developing capability models.Identify and/or automate changes to application service lifecycles.Organize applications according to business capabilities and risks.Grade the technical and functional value of applications.Manage and support a portfolio of applications and technology solutions.Communicate with senior executives on the management and design of their portfolio.Develop and implement enterprise-wide application strategies.Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance enterprise applications.All other duties as assigned.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESStrong knowledge of the IT service management industry.Strong knowledge of Information Protection Cyber Risk Management.Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.Strong briefing skills using visuals and graphics.High energy, ambitious self-starter with an aptitude for learning.EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree preferred.EXPERIENCE7+ years of relevant work experience required.OTHER/SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONSStrong knowledge of Service Now or similar service management tools.Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma concepts.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite.PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONSLong periods of sitting at a computer.
