You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and enhancing user engagement. You will leverage your analytical skills and industry knowledge to drive data-driven decisions that optimize user acquisition, retention, and overall product success.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancement and growth.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, engineers, and marketers to define product goals, roadmap, and priorities.Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and effectiveness.Generate actionable insights through data analysis and provide strategic recommendations to improve user experience and drive business objectives.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance, user engagement, and ROI.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the app or children’s tech space.Proven track record of using analytics to drive product decisions and improve business outcomes.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; experience with SQL, Python, or similar languages preferred.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of product lifecycle and user journey.Passion for creating exceptional digital experiences for children and families.Reach out to the team at info@trywendy.com to apply.Applicants must be legally authorized to work at any U.S. employer.
