In recruiting for our team, we welcome the unique contributions you can bring in terms of your education, opinions, culture, ethnicity, race, sex, gender identity and expression, national origin, age, languages spoken, veteran’s status, color, religion, disability, sexual orientation, and beliefs.ABOUT THE JOBThe Senior Financial Analyst reports to the Director, Finance and will work closely with Regional Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to support Infinium and its commercial strategy, including profitability & strategic investment analysis.The role will also be responsible for advancing financial acumen and discipline within the sales and marketing team by forging strong partnerships which elevate focus on brand financial management & business performance. The ideal candidate will be a well-organized, self-disciplined, and proactive communicator who will become a trusted advisor to the organization.THE DAY-TO-DAYLead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process from beginning to end; putting together the plan calendar, work cross-functionally with all departments for inputs, consolidate the department budgets, and prepare the key drivers for leadership review.Maintain rolling 18-month forecasts with business partners across the organization.Work closely with marketing teams to construct 18-month brand plans, including long-term investments to deliver a commercial strategy plan.Manage the consolidated Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget by meeting with marketing teams on a regular basis to understand variances to plan and provide actionable insights.Prepare brand reporting and sales mix analysis.Assist in delivering management reporting to Senior and Executive Leadership Teams.Prepare and publish Brand P&Ls and marketing expense details.Complete regular and ad-hoc reporting to support decision-making processes.Include insightful analysis with reporting to drive business results (volume, margin, ROI).Work closely with corporate accounting during month-end.Manage, provide guidance and support to one direct report.This is not intended to be a comprehensive list of the duties and responsibilities of the position and the duties and responsibilities may change without notice.AM I THE RIGHT FIT?Education/Licenses/Certifications:Required
Finance or Accounting bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred
CPG or alcohol beverage experience preferred.
Experience:Required
5-7 years of progressive finance experience.Experience in a relevant commercial environment.
Strong financial analysis and accounting background.Excellent business orientation, with understanding of the key drivers, issues, constraints of the business.Significant experience engaging effectively with senior management and ability to influence and counsel business partners on key financial concepts.Ability to understand/deal with complex issues and implement practical and innovative solutions to challenges.Strong presentation skills with a proven ability to present at senior management level.Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels.Must be highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced complex environment.Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.Strong drive for excellent results, including consistent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Must demonstrate high standards of integrity at all times.Experience with ERP systems.Experience utilizing/interpreting syndicated volumetric and pricing data a plus.The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
