, time.The RoleMetropolis is seeking a Director of GTM Systems to lead the strategic direction and manage all aspects of GTM Tech Stack to drive GTM effectiveness, deployment activities, and support business growth. You will collaborate closely with sales and deployment teams to identify data requirements and optimize Salesforce functionality to ensure alignment with organizational goals.The Director of GTM Systems you will have overall responsibility for the GTM technology stack, including systems strategy, roadmap, architecture, integration, data strategy, and vendor management. You will partner with leadership and team members across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, IT, Legal and Finance, and with our technology vendors and partners. and driving adoption across the organization.Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or Salesforce Architect are required.Proven experience 6-8 years Salesforce administration, development, and implementation, with a track record of successful Salesforce project delivery.6+ years of proven experience in progressive leadership roles focusing on Go To Market systems with experience with global sales teams.Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities, features, and best practices, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing Salesforce initiatives from inception to delivery.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA) is preferred.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and adapt to shifting priorities and requirements.Strong commitment to customer success and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs and drive value.When you join Metropolis, you’ll join a team of world-class product leaders and engineers, building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate.
