As a Senior Oncology Consultant joining our team, you will sell Tibsovo (ivosidenib), an approved IDH1m inhibitor and IDHIFA (enasidenib), an approved IDH2m inhibitor, indicated for IDH1 and IDH2 mutated acute myeloid leukemia and IDH1m MDS. The Servier Senior Oncology Consultant will also sell ASPARLAS (calaspargase pegol-mknl) and ONCASPAR (pegaspargase), FDA approved pegylated asparaginase products indicated for pediatrics and adults with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.Primary ResponsibilitiesResponsible for sales performance against assigned sales targets in assigned territoryDevelops thoughtful territory account and business plansDevelops strong and long-term relationships with customers in all assigned accountsPresents the assigned brand(s) in a professional, effective ethical and compliant manner; helping external customers understand the benefits and appropriate use of Servier brand(s)Develops strong relationships within Servier and with external partners, effectively partnering and collaborating with other commercial functions to serve the needs of customers compliantlyMonitors operating costs consistent with territory budget guidanceComplies with all laws, regulations, policies and SOPs that govern the conduct of Servier activitiesOther duties as required or directed by the Sales DirectorThis position reports to a Sales DirectorSpecific Responsibilities
Engage in effective, fair-balanced clinical dialogue with customers, utilizing approved corporate, promotional and other resources to facilitate customer engagements in an appropriate and compliant mannerDevelop and maintain strong relationships with our internal partners in the territory and with all customers in assigned geographyPrepare robust account and territory business plans, to utilize routinely in planning with other commercial team members and to guide activityRepresent Servier positively and professionally at company meetings, conferences and other functionsDevelop strong internal and external relationships to enable appropriate, compliant business partnershipsAchieve or exceed sales forecasts and targets, within budgetUnderstand the regulatory environment and comply with all legal, regulatory and compliance requirementsPerform ad-hoc projects to support the business as requestedEducation and Required Skills
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, Scientific Degree a plus5 years of strong results-oriented biotech/pharmaceutical, lab, or medical devices sales experienceHematology and Oncology sales experience is preferredCandidates must demonstrate a consistent track record of success as a top sales performerExperience launching a new product is a plusResults-oriented and able to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentTravel and LocationThis position is a remote work position with an assigned territory geography that covers the majority of Georgia and the southern half of South CarolinaApplicant must live in territoryTerritory travel requirement will be an average of 40% but can vary based on residence.
