As we embark on an exciting phase of expansion, we seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and leading our sales team to new heights.Responsibilities:Leadership and strategy of sales and marketing team.Develop and execute the sales strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives and growth targets.Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Revenue Growth:Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships while fostering current relationships.Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning, forecasting, and execution.Market Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Utilize insights to develop sales strategies that capitalize on market opportunities.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.Oversee and collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities.Sales Team Management:Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.Technology Integration:Stay abreast of the latest technologies in the marine construction industry.Implement technology-driven sales approaches to enhance efficiency and customer experience.Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience from sales through project completion.Work with finance to develop sales and marketing budgets and monitor variances.Reporting and Analysis:Regularly report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record of success in sales leadership, preferably in retail.Strong understanding of marine construction technologies and trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.If you are a dynamic and strategic sales leader looking to make a significant impact in a growing company, Summerset Marine Construction welcomes your application.Job Type:
