OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel sales and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, manage key accounts, and foster strong customer relationships. As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and ensuring the success of our team. Knowledge of Choice Advantage and Hilton PEP and R and I is preferred.DutiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve targets.Manage key accounts and build long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Collaborate with brand marketing teams to create campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.Utilize Delphi for tracking sales activities, managing pipelines, and reporting on performance metrics.Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Oversee outside sales efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.ExperienceProven experience in a leadership role within a sales environment, preferably in technology sales.Strong background in account management with demonstrated success in building client relationships.Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.Proficient in sales software for managing customer interactions and data analysis.Exceptional analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service while driving team performance.Must spend at least 3-4 days per week going out of the office to do sales calls.Dual Brand Experience is preferred.Will be responsible for reaching revenue goals.Join us as we continue to grow and innovate within the industry!Job Type:
